"URBAN STREET SELF-DEFENSE TRAINING FOR WOMAN"
This course stresses good physical fitness, self-confidence, and the ability to defend oneself against a "would be" assailant by introducing women to:
- Basic hand, feet and knee drills.
- Self-Defense with car and house keys.
- Fighting with keys and ink pens from a sitting position.
- Defending yourself while standing or laying in various positions.
- Defense against weapons such as a knife or a gun.
Level 1 Training: 4-6 weeks/cost $75.00 Tuesday and Thursday evenings/ 7:30-8:30 p.m.
